Mission Statement
Our mission is to involve neighbors in a collective effort to enhance and celebrate the quality of residential life in Downtown Fargo, North Dakota. Purposes
- Promote downtown as a good place to live and foster a sense of community
- Maintain an avenue for communication and input about urban residential development
- Help preserve unique cultural and architectural sites in the neighborhood
- Maintain property values
- Encourage association participation by residential owners and renters in the neighborhood
- Help ensure downtown is safe and clean
- Encourage friendliness and courtesy
- Address nuisance issues
- Organize social networking events for residents
- Communicate economic, safety, environmental, political, social and other important concerns to appropriate officials
- Encourage and promote green space

6th Avenue North to 1st Avenue South, from 10th Street to the Red River.
